Hi Everyone,

I've been experimenting with Christian Yoga, ie, setting yoga postures to Christian Scripture and I am finding it quite helpful in my spiritual journey. Has anyone else had experience with Christian Yoga? What do you think of it?

This sounds interesting, Amber. I've never tried but would love to hear more of a description.
