Seriously . . . procrastination is generally tied to perfectionism. If one is a perfectionist and you procrastinate, then you can't really evaluate the job and so the possibility of confronting imperfection is put off for awhile. I've never seen real progress with procrastination unless this perfectionistic attitude is curtailed, some.

Maybe that can help get the discussion going.

That makes a lot of sense, and it certainly applies in my case.
In fact that gives me a two-fold angle of attack.
