i used to do kechari mudra and nothing happened. i didn't do it very much then 3 year later i had a kundalini that lasted 2 weeks then stopped and 7 months after that i had a bigger one that lasted 4 months with only a little bit of kryas. then it stopped and here i am 6 years later with no kundalini. my question is do you think the kechari mudra caused the kundalini three years later?
