I've listened to quite a bit of material, podcasts and audio books, about a few mystics.
I've never read the original material though.

What seems to be odd and it may just be my perception that there is little or no mention of Jesus but "only" God.

Is that right? Or am I simply mistaken due to my lack of reading the source materials?

I mean the well known mystics such as Thereasa of aAila, St John of the Cross etc.
