It looks as though these therapies, as promising as they seem, are not yet available as replacements for routine chemotherapies, but used mostly in patients who are unresponsive to whatever the standard therapy happens to be. It's hard to know whether this is due to protection of the profit-margins of pharmaceutical companies, or because of appropriate treatment strategies, or simply because of the early stage research.
