I'm gonna havta kiss ya. I LOVE blueberries. A lot are grown around this region as well.

This author suggests only one caution: eating small-moderate amounts of the berries to avoid spiking blood sugar, which is off-set somewhat by the whole fruit fiber. Diabetics are said to be more vulnerable.
