How do you experience "Red" consciousness in your own life? How do you see it at work in others? In the Church?

I was a bit surprised at the definition of red characteristics of a Christian as being someone who wanted to be the best Christian ever. My first thought upon reading about red and thinking how it would manifest itself in the church was someone who might rebel against the traditions of the church, and proclaim how they think things should be done. Am I misunderstanding red, or could this be another aspect of it?
