spoonboyThe Celestine Prophecy
It's finally out in a few cities. The film industry releases it's problem children in April.
Without industry promotion, either it will bomb or become a sleeper like What the Bleep do we Know?
Redfield will run around the world promoting it for a year or so. It could catch on. People could use some hope today. Better if they look to Christ, IMO.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Celestine_Prophecy 20 million copies is very large for a New Age book. Did it change anyone, I wonder?
This reviewer was underwhelmed:
http://www.westword.com/Issues...-20/film/movies.html A personal mission of the author, self produced as was the book, I guess it's for the true believer.
I'm just enough of a sucker for positive thinking
that I may well enjoy the message and the top notch actors. I can't always trust reviewers. Some of them despise anything with a spiritual message. We'll see...
