I felt pretty down for a couple of hours after what
is a very violent, but informative film. It might come as no surprise that the five permanent members
of the U.N. Security Council are also the five largest arms dealers in the world, but this movie places it up close and personal. The picture does not moralize or have heroes, as events, and sometimes blood, flow all over one.
