Buttercuprelieve kundalini itching?
So - I've had this intense itching which comes and goes, probably for about the last 8 months. I only just realized yesterday that this is probably yet another weird kundalini symptom. I've read that this is apparently some sort of detox - do you suppose that trying to help this detox along physically by drinking lots of water and maybe (ugh, I dread this) cleaning up my diet will help this phase pass a little more quickly? Scratching is getting really old.

KundaliniTherapistHi Buttercup
first of all, I would suggest to get really well checked out by a health professional what that itching is all about. I once had some weird itching on my head and thought it was the kundalini, only to find after weeks of insane itching that I had head lice!!! (I had got them from my son)
If it is not anything physical, I have found it most helpful with my kundalini clients to look foremost at emotional and psychological problems and particularly to those that you'd rather not know about. Is there something/someone in your life that annoys you like an itch? Deal with that and profoundly relax your body and you should see improvements.
I have had very good results with kundalini clients who suffered from these itches.
hope this helps.

Hi Buttercup
I agree that it would be a good idea to check with a doctor if finances permit.
I experienced an intense itching on my legs for
a period of time. I found that skin brushing
was helpful for me. So that suggested to me that this was part of a cleansing process for me. Hot baths with epsom salts may be of some
use if this is part of a cleansing process.
For many of us cleaning up our diets is part
of supporting this process.
But then I have found that there can be very deep cleansing that might need the help of a homeopath. Conditions known as miasms can be brought to the surface for deep cleansing within the DNA. Rashes with intense itching
may fall in that category.
Best wishes

Buttercupthanks for your thoughtful answers, both of you. I live in Canada, so the doctor is free, thank goodness! I have already seen a specialist about it, who basically said "wait it out". Will try the skin brushing. I live with a homeopath, who gave me some sulphur for it, actually, so we'll see how that works.
In the meantime -

~Tarantella~Mainline Kundalini effects (apart maybe from hot/cold flushes/flickering)will not normally be near the skin surface though you might get tingling of the hair/scalp when you're well in to it and maybe short term twitching near the eyes prior to that none of which should be problematical.
How about a single application of an Elocon based product via your GP.
