You say burning sensations in the stomach could be kundalini symptoms? I have been having this off and on for a couple of years now. How does one know if it is K. or if it is just heartburn or gastritis? (which is what I think mine is)

I wouldn't go on that symptom alone as an indication, for, as you noted, it could be something much more common.

This woman I know has a "kundalini stomach" from time to time. It's the usual sense of energy pushing around, getting blocked, pushing through, and creating all sorts of commotion. There's no pain with her, and I haven't had any either . . . only "activity." It seems related to a cleansing of repressed emotions, especially anger.
