I found out about this 12-Step approach from participants on another online group that meets to discuss kundalini issues:

A couple of participants found it helpful, and looking it over, it seems they have open Zoom meetings in several languages ongoing.

The Steps deviate somewhat from those of recovery groups -- expanding on a couple, lumping some together -- but the overall approach resonates with the spirit of other 12 Step programs. For each Step, there are numerous reflection questions, and group participants are encouraged to work their way through these.
