Jim T.Green Smoothie Revolution
There is a Green Smoothie Revolution going on in the health food world today.  Green smoothies are very easy to make with many variations.  Using a blender opens up the cell walls allowing the chlorophyll into the juice and making digestion easier.  
  Making a green smoothie is very easy for example: just take a banana, a cup of water or juice, add some other fruit if available, add some greens to it; such as lettuce, spinach, broccoli; and other vegetables if desired, and blend it up!   
  I love green smoothies! When I give a talk on health and healing or am discussing this with someone I encourage people to start making green smoothies every week.  It is an excellent and easy way to get them into a healthier dietary regime.  Just blend up a larger amount and have them throughout the week.
