After you are subscribed to the i-m-free@yahoogroups.com list, you will receive emails of the inidividual posts on this forum. If you would like to receive only one email with all the posts of the day, send an email to i-m-free-digest@yahoogroups.com Your digest will show up the next day.

Note: you cannot post to the i-m-free@yahoogroups.com list as it is an announcement list. The email list is just a service to keep you informed about what's going on here. To add to the discussion, you will need to post to one of the forum threads. Any replies you send will not go to the list, but to me.
