By June 2010, the Anastasia.ru website had listed more than 180 quickly developing ecovillages of Kin's domains in Russia alone, which does not include any of the GEN ecovillage. (For comparison, the Global Ecovillage Network (GEN) listed a total of 500 ecovillages registered with them.)
ALL of those Ringing Cedar ecovillages have been launched and developed within the last 10 years.
Considering that 40 less, namely 140 ecovillages were listed by Anastasia.ru in June 2009, it shows a rather substantial growth, an almost 30% increase. : )
