Hi folks,
Since the lounge is a place to talk about anything.... We had to have our beloved 14-year old dog Maggie put down yesterday. So sad...This is an unabashed bid for sympathy, and an invitation to tell your pet stories. |

Hi revkah,
I can only imagine how you must feel... When my cat had cancer surgery I couldn't bear the thought of losing him. Thank God they "got it all" and he has been o.k. You have my sympathy and you are in my thoughts... God Bless, Katy |

Hi Revkah, My condolences to you in your transition. Dogs are so genuinely glad to see their masters after an absence, and thrilled to go on a walk side by side with them. Our pets get really close to our bodies and our emotions. |

Dear revkah,
I'm sorry about your loss. I know that a pet can become as close as... or even much closer to us than a family member. Maggie was fortunate to be in your family. You and she were blessed to have one another on this lonely planet. wishing you Christ's peace and comfort, Shasha |

Hi Revkah,
I am so sorry to hear about Maggie and the loss you are suffering. My wife and I are both animal lovers and have both a dog and a cat. We love them dearly and cannot imagine losing them. My thoughts and prayers are with you. God bless, Roger |

Pets can be such good companions. We last Tiger, our 17 year old tabbie cat this past year. For a cat, he was very friendly -- almost as much as a dog.
Condolences, Revkah. |
