LOL, Shasha! Hmmm, where to start...

I did buy myself a dark chocolate raspberry whip egg, which I greatly enjoyed eating in front of my two Shetland Sheepdog mix dogs.

But mostly I still have spring fever and this morning I bought some lily bulbs online, as well as at Home Depot. And I bought some already flowering lilies at the grocery store. And some packages of other summer bulbs at the same store. And some packaged peonies and Siberian iris at Walmart. And this morning, very cleverly, so I thought, I planted some lettuce seedlings in a stainless steel colander for my mom. And now I'm stopping the buying and I'm busy turning soil and planting. Due to the work involved, my gardening addiction tends to be self-limiting, but this morning I did wake up worried over some other, more expensive lilies I was going to order. I didn't order them, so there's hope for me.

I hope everyone had a blessed Easter.

I know I did. I became a Christian on Good Friday 28 years ago, and, as often as I've gotten myself repeatedly lost over those years, I have to say God has been faithful in ways that I could not have invented or imagined. Little did I know what I was getting into all those years ago.

We have a risen, living Savior...How cool is that?!

Hey, I want some of that candy! Smiler

Actually, my wife still makes up Easter baskets for our grown kids, and includes me in the lot. I get her flowers, which she enjoys.

A happy Easter to you all as well.
