Hello all
I came across this website and person promoting her experience. Was wondering if you had heard of her and what do you think. She was into the Rosicrucians and heavily in the new age. After going to Medjugorje she converted and rejected everything as far as condemning ALL meditation - would that include christian contemplation I wonder. She never mentions St John of the Cross, which is weird for me. Even chakras are condemned. And she says in an interview with Rene Laurentin that Christianity never opens her chakras (weird because mine are opened by Charismatic prayer)..

She posted on a facebook forum and I asked her to share her testimony here as to understand further, but she ignored me!

This is her site.

Here's an english version of her testimony.
She also condemns hypnosis and magnetism apparently.

Another interview is given here.
I didn't know the church condemned acupuncture , chiropractors, homeopathy, massages, therapeutic touch, visualisation, nutritional therapies and healing with music or colours, and twelve-step programmes like the AA! It's interesting because the AA was developed by a Pastor and is based on Biblical teachings!

Welcome to the forum, CatholicMulder.

No, I'd not heard of her, but pursued the healwisthgrace blog entry. Quite a story! Seem she was a mess -- a dominatrix, good heavens! Looks like a strong pendulum swing from the dark side to the safety to ultra-conservatice Catholic spirituality.

To my knowledge, the church does not condemn the alternative therapies you mention. Many priests are in A.A. and regularly encourage others to attend. The church doesn't condemn Harry Potter, either, as she states in a youtube. She has many private revelations, which ought to be understood in light of Catholic teaching on such.

These are binding more on her than the rest of humanity.
