Yes, good story but the judge's ruling didn't establish "the law of the land." That took an act of Parliament 62 years later, thanks in no small part to Quakers and the leadership of William Wilberforce. During that 62 years, it was "slave-business as usual." There's a great movie about Wilberforce, but I can't remember it's name right now.
