They looked at the brackets and they saw the Texans there
Coach K selling Chevys, there were devils everywhere
Big Baby rounded up the Longhorns after stuffing A&M
Tyrus baptized the demons dunking every one of them

Pokey's team went and took 'em by surprise
Played 'em all close 'til halftime with the score almost tied
But in each second half the attrition took its toll
And the victory always went to the Purple and the Gold

What a boost that would be to the morale of many Louisianians to have the men and women Tigers will the NCAA tournaments. It's already great that they made it to the Final Four; the rest would be icing on the cake.

Geaux Tigers?

They're gone, and it's because they played poorly. Too bad. Maybe next year.

Still, it was great that both men and women made the final four.
