Speaking of "gone fishing," I'll be out for a few days, attending the wedding of a nephew in La. Our house-sitter will check on calls and refer them on, and I'll check on email as time permits.

w.c., I've "deputized" you as Board Admin in my absence, meaning that you have permissions to delete, move, and edit posts and threads on any forum. Things go smoothly 99% of the time, as you know, but if trolls begin to flood the board, feel free to do whatever you think is best.

I'll try to restrain myself . . . . . . until Phil returns, you folks around here can refer to me as "Barney" instead of w.c.

Ever see Barney get unnerved? It didn't take much . . . and, of course, Andy never let him carry real bullets. He could barely keep his trousers up.

hahahaha...oh yes. My husband is an Andy freak! Needless to say, we're well-versed in Barneyisms...hahaha. I can mentally picture him having a semi-nervous breakdown and grappling with the situation. Course, he could start saying something like...we've got to nip that in the bud..nip it, nip it, nip it!

I love shows, old and new, that have us laughing at ourselves. That's the heart of comedy, no?

Well, it's looking more and more like Mayberry RFD around here. Whenever Andy left town, most folks just left too, leaving Barney with much less to do, and lowering the risk to lives and reputation.
