I'm not a parent, but wouldn't most have intervened at some point? Maybe the parent knew there'd be no blood. But ouch!! Tough way to learn a lesson, but lucky for Charlie his brother knows how to "use his words." Did the older kid wonder why mom or dad just stayed behind the camera? Of course, I'm an older brother too, so don't blame that kid for sticking his finger in twice!!
