Just now I am listening to the Sounds True tapes of
Women Who Run with the Wolves.

We need more storytelling in this culture. She draws
out many archetypes through Grimm's Fairy Tales and stories from other cultures.

Does anyone have a favorite Jungian?

I love Nathan Schwartz-Salant! He talks a lot about the syzygy in that book and in his other writings. I like how he takes experiences like the szyzgy out of the clinical setting and opens it up for those of us outside the analytical relationship. He introduces concepts like the subtle body and discusses the alchemical healing that can take place between souls in the realm of soul/spirit/matter. Powerful stuff...
