That is indeed interesting, wc!

I�ve decided to lose 5�10 kg by the end of January. Not following a regime, just paying attention to my body and consciously choosing everything I put in my mouth. Immediately I found myself eating slowly, savouring the food, and stopping sooner.

In eight weeks I�ll know if I�ve reached my goal � but I already feel better.
